4 Easy-to-Assemble AAR Type E Couplers with bottom operating details and a Protocraft-compatible shank. Functionally equivalent to EC48BK, with a different shank. Draft gear is not included. Springs are not included and can be sourced from the original Protocraft coupler or draft gear box. Assembly instructions.
Usage and compatibility notes
The EP48K range uses a Protocraft-compatible shank. Choose top or bottom operating details. The coupler assembly procedure is the same as for the corresponding EC48 kits.
Supplied unblackened. A chemically blackened finish is available when ordering. Draft gear is not included; use Protocraft-compatible draft gear for your model.
